PCR Distributing was founded in 1998 to distribute unique Japan-related products to retailers with customers who are passionate about Japan and want to express their love for the all things Japanese in unique and original ways. Using the experiences of the Japan-based J-List, our parent company, we've been able to make many exciting products available to resellers both in the U.S. and around the world.
PCR is located in a large facility in San Diego, California. All T-shirts are printed on-site by our experienced staff, not mass-produced in Asia. All orders for games and manga will generally all be in stock, and these will ship the same day or next day. T-shirt orders often contain products that need to be printed, if we've temporarily run out of stock of a certain shirt size, so the shipping time for orders containing apparel items is usually 2-3 days. Please be aware of rules governing apparel items and other products if ordering internationally.
PCR wants to be your favorite product supplier, and we offer some unique services that other distributors can't match. For one thing, we offer product rotation which allows you to try some new T-shirts, hats, PC games or other products in your retail outlet, but if you find they don't perform well with your customers, you can rotate them out for newer products when you make your next order. Important: there is no restocking fee for this service. This means you'll never be burned with a product you can't sell, since you can rotate it out for fresh stock. Note: as of October 2009, we're putting a one-year limit on product rotation. If you purchased stock from us within the past 12 months and want to rotate it out, please let us know.
We also offer full price protection on all the products we carry. If we lower the price of a game from, say, $34.95 to $29.95, you'll be able to get credit for the difference in price.
PCR Distributing will respect your privacy in all ways, and will never share, rent, lend, loan or otherwise distribute your private information to any third parties.
